User Management - Placeholder User

Free users are considered Placeholders and do not need an associated email address. Once registered, the placeholder status is removed. While placeholders cannot be assigned new or existing items, they can be positioned on the Org Chart and included in Weekly Meetings.

You can generate a Placeholder through the Manage Organization section, the Org Chart, or the Edit Meeting/Attendees section.

  • Do Not Enter an Email Address
  • Check the box that says Placeholder User and click Save
  • Your employee has been added- they will not receive an invite to Bloom Growth and you will not be charged for them
  • Placeholders will have a white silhouette or white crown permission icon
