Alternate Invite Option - Inviting Users


 If a user is having trouble receiving their invite to Bloom Growth, first check to make sure the invite did not end up in spam. Also, you may need to remove the following email from any restriction list: help@bloomgrowth.com

 If the user is still not receiving the email invite, follow the steps listed below to send the invite link directly. These steps are only accessible by Admins.

  1. Click the drop-down by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace.
  2. Click Manage Organization.
  3. Click the blue envelope to the left of the user's name.
  4. Click the "Email not being sent? Try Alternate Method"
  5. Click Copy Content and send it to the user.
