Sharing, Moving, and Changing the Owner of Goals

You may want to have the exact same Goal in more than one meeting. Sharing the Goal will update the Goal in real-time in more than one meeting.

From Manage Section

  1. Click Meetings in the menu bar
  2. Click on the gear icon (Edit Meeting) button to the right of your meeting
  3. Click Goals on the left
  4. Click the blue +
  5. Click OR SELECT EXISTING (top left of the window)
  6. Type in the title of the Goal or the owner's name to begin searching
  7. Click on the Goal in the drop-down to confirm your choice
  8. Click Save to complete the addition

From the Advanced Settings: 

This method is helpful in moving a lot of Goals over at once.

  1. Click Meetings in the top menu bar
  2. Click on the gear icon (Edit Meeting) button to the right of your meeting
  3. Click Advanced Settings (bottom left)
  4. Click on Goals (on the word)
  5. Move Goals from the left column to the right column to move them into the meeting
  6. Click Save at the bottom

Tip: The double arrow will move all Goals. The single arrow will only move the Goals you have highlighted (Ctrl + Click to select a few goals; Shift + Click to highlight a chunk). 

Tip: Use the filter to search for a Goal title or the owner's name. 

The Goals on the left are not part of your Weekly meeting. The Goals on the right are currently in your Weekly meeting. You can also move Goals out of the meeting by moving them from the right column to the left column. 

From Workspaces: 

  1. Click the title of a Goal inside of a Goal tile
  2. Towards the bottom of the popup window, in the Attached to Meetings: area, type the name of the meeting you want to share the Goal into
  3. Choose from the list and click Save.

Change a Goal Owner

  1. Click Workspace in the black banner
  2. Select your primary or custom workspace. 
  3. Add the team Goal tile from the sidebar on the left of your workspace. 
    • Click your Weekly Meeting in the sidebar menu, and click Goals in the menu that pops up to the right.
    • Find the newly added tile at the bottom left of your Workspace. Click, drag and drop to relocate. Grab the bottom right corner of the tile to re-size.
  4. Once you have Goal Tile, click the icon of the current owner of the Goal.
  5. Click in the drop-down menu to select a new owner.
  6. Click the check-mark to confirm
